01 February 2017 - The Mizen Group has acquired a new development site with planning for a 7-storey mixed-use tower at Valley House, Charlton providing 73 new apartments. The scheme has been pre-sold to Family Mosaic Housing Association.

Mizen have also completed the acquisition of a development site at Nether Street Finchley with planning consent for 34 residential units over ground floor offices.
