Through carefully planned and strategic growth Mizen, have since their inception in 1986, built and developed several longstanding and successful relationships with a number of Housing Association Clients operating in the London and South East of England regions.

Having already built over 1,000 residential units for these Clients over the years, Mizen are constantly looking to form and support new Client relationships and to further enhance our existing relationships as our reputation and market presence grows. Working closely with our Housing Association Clients, Mizen have a detailed understanding of their land requirements and the associated Housing Corporation funding regime.
