Mizen Properties Limited, the Group Parent and a leading privately owned housing developer based in London was founded by the current Chief Executive in 1986 and brings together the very significant experiences of the participants in Construction, Design, Surveying and Project Management.  The aggregated and accumulated experience of the principals and senior staff is well in excess of 200 years.

All Mizen Group companies operate from a single address with similar Directors and Shareholders. Non-executive Directors are drawn from the leadership in this industry and in banking.

Mizen is administratively well structured with strong financial resources.  This, together with its technical competence and commercial acumen, makes it well suited to support the demands of an expanding and discerning public Client base.
